Dr Saïd Ibeggazene

Saïd joined the team in 2020 to support the STAMINA programme, leading on referral processing systems and clinical exercise physiology.

He has since expanded his role in the team to support other projects: writing STAMINA-related papers, leading OASIS, co-leading the PE-METHOD programme and contributing to the CAP project.

Saïd has previously worked in academic roles in the area of clinical exercise physiology, having been awarded a PhD from the University of Leeds for work related to community cardiac rehabilitation and cardiac MRI during exercise and work a postdoctoral researcher in the Academic Vascular Surgical Unit at Hull Royal Infirmary surgery.
