Lucy supports with the delivery of research projects, bringing a strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical environments, and the importance of patient-centred care.

She has contributed to the STAMINA and SURECAN trials, supporting patient follow-up and study administration, which strengthened her interest in research and its impact on patient outcomes. Lucy currently supports the OASIS research study by assisting with recruitment and overseeing administrative processes that help ensure the study runs smoothly. She plays an active role in coordinating project activities and maintaining operational consistency.

Before joining the team, she worked in the NHS for 20 years in roles spanning ENT, Urology, and Gynaecology, progressing to a consultant medical secretary and gaining extensive experience in clinical administration, patient coordination and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
